The Apothecary Diaries Genre

What genre do you guys think the apothecary diaries is? I see so many different answers! Usually alternating between shoujo & seinin. I definitely think its more of a shoujo & that. The apothecary diaries or kusuriya no hitorigoto, an anime that pleasantly surprised me and, in my opinion, ranks among the best anime of 2023/2024.
